Client Comments

I have been paying more attention to my delivery of the message. I now make them clear in what I want and clear in the date I want completed without sounding like a dictator. I had some of the most constructive reviews in a long time with my direct reports.

I honestly feel better as a manager knowing what I need to work on. This has given me renewed energy to not only find the best in me, but also the people I work with.
