Thanks for the follow-up, it's always good to have a check point to think about things after we return to the insanity of the work environment. I find myself relating much of the interactions within my department as well as cross-functionally to the leadership styles we discussed. I've found that it not only helps me to utilize different styles myself where appropriate, but helps me to understand the motivations of others I am encountering. Oddly enough, knowing what is driving a situation often helps to deal with it, or create a more positive environment around it.
